Commercial Documents Control the Order

A machine purchase may involve a quotation, sales contract, technical agreement, configuration list, drawing approval, acceptance plan, shipping document, warranty document and written amendments. Read those records together. Where website content differs from an accepted project document, the accepted project document governs the applicable commercial relationship to the extent stated there.

Important requirements should not remain in an informal chat. Ask CHENDA to record the exact configuration, component, sample test, certificate, delivery responsibility, installation scope or other purchase condition in the applicable document.
