New Equipment and Application Inquiries

Use this route when you are comparing equipment, planning a factory, replacing a process or adding capacity. A short but specific message receives a more useful answer than a request for “best price.”

Cut metal sample showing geometric features

Include:

  • Company name, country and contact person
  • Equipment category or operation under review
  • Material name, grade and surface condition
  • Minimum, typical and maximum thickness or profile size
  • Sheet, tube, roll, part or pattern dimensions
  • Representative drawing, photo or digital file
  • Required quality, including the feature you will inspect
  • Typical batch size, product mix, shifts and target output
  • Loading, unloading or automation expectations
  • Available floor space, power and relevant utilities
  • Destination and desired project timing

If you are unsure which category applies, describe the finished part and current process. CHENDA can help separate the work into laser cutting, bending, welding, cleaning, marking, finishing or digital knife cutting.

Use the complete RFQ checklist when you are ready for a configuration-specific proposal.

Existing Order and Delivery Questions

State the order, quotation or project reference and identify the milestone involved. Typical topics include configuration approval, customer-supplied information, sample material, factory acceptance, packing, shipping documents, unloading data, site preparation or installation planning.

For a clear reply, include:

  • Project or order reference
  • Machine model and destination
  • Exact question or decision required
  • Relevant document title and revision
  • Date the information is needed
  • Attachments that show the issue

Do not send an unmarked screenshot of one line from a quotation when the model, revision and surrounding scope affect the meaning.

Technical Support for an Installed Machine

Technical support begins with machine identity and evidence. Put the model and serial number in the subject line. Then describe what the machine was doing, what changed and whether it is in a safe stopped condition.

Attach:

  • Full alarm text and controller screen
  • Nameplate and affected-component labels
  • Overview and close-up photos
  • Original video when movement, sound, arc, cut or leakage matters
  • Material, program, tooling, consumables and parameters
  • Recent maintenance, replacement, collision, relocation or power event
  • Utility conditions such as voltage, gas, air, cooling or hydraulic status

Do not bypass guards, interlocks, emergency circuits, door switches, pressure protection or grounding to create evidence. Use Request Technical Support for the full triage format.

Spare Parts and Consumables

A visual match is not enough for many industrial parts. Send the machine model, serial number, order reference, component location, readable manufacturer label, part number, connector view and dimensions where relevant. State whether the machine is stopped and whether the part failed or is being stocked preventively.

The Spare Parts guide explains how to avoid incompatible revisions.

Distributor and Integration Inquiries

Partners should identify their legal company, markets, current portfolio, technical team, service capacity and the CHENDA product categories of interest. Explain how you qualify projects and support installation or service. Review Partner With CHENDA before sending a proposal.

Before You Send Confidential Files

Share only the information needed for the first review. If drawings, pricing, customer identities or process details require confidentiality, state that requirement before sending the full package. Remove unrelated personal information and export-controlled or restricted data that CHENDA has not agreed to receive.
